Behind the Tech: How Swaraksha Works
When engineering a self-defense device, reliability and safety are the two most critical factors. The Swaraksha device is built on a foundation of rigorous testing and intelligent design, ensuring it works exactly when you need it.
High-Voltage DC Deterrent
At the core of the Swaraksha device is a rechargeable high-voltage DC output system. The current passes through two metal lug heads at the front of the device. When activated, it produces a loud, intimidating visual and auditory crackle that is often enough to deter an attacker before any physical contact is made.
Fail-Safe Mechanisms
Safety for the user is paramount. The device features a black safety switch for On/Off functionality, ensuring it cannot be accidentally discharged in a bag or pocket. Additionally, a red LED light turns on when the device is ready to use, providing clear visual feedback.
Available in both a 9-inch portable model and a 17-inch extended model, Swaraksha caters to different needs—whether you need concealability for daily commutes or extended reach for security personnel.
